Production Administration Unit

Unit Function

• Receive and schedule learning and non-academic materials for production and/or duplication including recording work brief for OCLC production units.
  • Unit coordinators should complete and submit a copy of the Assignment Details form
  • Where applicable, Unit Coordinators will be required to complete a Copyright Declaration Form for third party material.
  • For each unit material submission, Unit Coordinators can either complete the Study Material Submission form (doc, 39kb), (staff only) or contact a Production Administrator to assist you with this process. A hard copy of the form is also acceptable.
  • How to submit Print Ready material online.
• Coordinate the production, duplication and delivery requirements of learning materials (print, audiovisual) for on-campus, off-campus and Open Universities Australia course/units.
  • Study Materials Distribution contains details of all submission dates and distribution dates.
  • Hard copies of the Schedule are available from Production Administration.
• Copyright information and advice can be found at Copyright at Monash University.
• Provide production advice to University clients - requires sound knowledge of all OCLC production units' capabilities.
• Ensure that the process for materials production comply with ISO9001 standard.
