Online assignment submission to OCLC
Before you begin
Please ensure that you entered the following on your assignment:
Header: Name, Student ID number and Unit code
eg. John Smith ID: 12345678 ABC1234
Footer: Page numbering
eg. Page 1 of 10
How to submit your assignment online
Follow these steps to submit your assignment to OCLC online.
||Log onto the my.monash portal.
||Click 'My units'.
||Click on 'Unit code' eg ABC1234.
||Under the heading 'Learning and teaching tools', click on link 'OCLC: Online assignment submission'.
||Read and acknowledge 'Student Statement' in relation to Plagiarism and Collusion.
Note: If you do not acknowledge this statement you will not be able to proceed and submit your assignment.
||Please read 'Important information' then click continue.
Click 'Browse' and navigate to where the file is saved. Select file and attach.
- maximum size for any single file must not exceed 18 mb.
- you can submit a maximum of four (4) files.
- total of all files must not exceed 19.84 mb.
||Once you have attached your file(s) they will be listed under 'Step 2. Submit your assignment'.
||Click 'Submit assignment' when you are ready to submit.
||Upon successful submission you will be sent an email to your Monash email account advising that your assignment has been forwarded to the Off-Campus Learning Centre.
||Once received, printed and processed by the Off-Campus Learning Centre you will receive a confirmation email to your Monash email account. Please allow up to three (3) business days (this is to allow for submissions being received over the weekend, on public holidays or unforeseen circumstances that may occur).
||Your assignment will be sent to your unit adviser for marking and will be returned to you via the post.
